3 /5 Jim Paterick: I used to eat lunch at this store fairly regularly. I stopped eating there after getting an incorrect order , reporting it via the QR code on the receipt with no response. I like many of Arbys sandwiches but as my luck would have it I got the ingredient I dont like the most. I am not a fan of the liquid cheese which reminds me of plastic. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and really dont plan to eat lunch there again. Had I not been on my lunch break and had to get back to work it would not have been as inconvenient. I did not get to eat lunch that day and was really hungry by the end of the day.

4 /5 Mark Reynolds: I tried the new cheesesteak sandwich. $9.49 just for the sandwich, and it had maybe half an inch of filling, not as its advertised. It was good, but I wont buy another.
