On November 22, 2025, at approximately 2:10 PM, my wife and I stopped at one of your Arby’s locations while traveling. We stood at the counter for nearly twenty minutes without being greeted, acknowledged, or assisted. Multiple employees walked past us, made eye contact, and continued working without offering any form of service. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards we expect from Arby’s. We are frequent travelers and routinely choose Arby’s when on the road, but this incident has left a very negative impression. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly, as no customer should be ignored or left waiting in that manner. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
