All of the tenders are amazing and can help hook you up with a drink, and remember to try their mocktails because they are just as amazing as the rest of the drinks! Definitely best place around here to get a real and fine drink

5 /5 Dirk Ebener: Excellent cigar lounge in the heart of downtown Clarkesville GA. Great cigar selection, atmosphere, and selection of whiskies. You visit as a guest and leave as a friend! The lounge is also hosting music and cigar events.

5 /5 les abeyta: Ive been to my share of cigar bars and lounges, but Rich and Savvy rates as one of my all time favorite spots. The lounge itself is warm and inviting. Rich warm colors set the mood. Dark leather chairs that swallow you. Not huge, but a decent selection of cigars. A nice selection of premium hard liquor. Friendly clientele. And Rich and Savanah are two of the most genuine hosts Ive ever met. They have big plans to expand into some cool additions. Ill definitely return to clarksville just to visit Rich and Savvy.

5 /5 Kendra Hathway: If you are looking for some excellent Bloody Marys (make your own Bloody Mary bar on Sundays 1-4) and fresh made craft cocktails, head to Rich & Savvy in Clarkesville. In addition to enjoying a Bloody Mary, I took Rich, the owner, up on his suggestion for a gin cocktail w/ cucumber, ginger and freshly squeezed lime juice. Refreshing and perfectly balanced; he knows his stuff! Note: this is a cigar bar, but I wanted to check it out despite my asthma. There is an outdoor seating area and Rich the owner consistently came out to personally check on us. He even surprised us with an excellent charcuterie board! Delicious drinks, cozy atmosphere and owners who make you feel at home - what more can you ask for?
