Jennifer Le My favorite quick lunch spots for sunny-side-up eggs, crispy bacon, and buttered toast are truly satisfying. They may be simple, but they remind me of home-cooked meals. Sometimes, we play the music machine, and I think the cook enjoys the happy tunes. The service is always quick, and it wasn’t too busy when I last visited. They are open 24 hours, so you can come by whenever youre hungry. The only time we usually have to wait for a table is on Sundays after church.

Laura Fredrickson The Collards... the Fried Chicken... The Macaroni and Cheese... everything is DELICIOUS. The ladies here are just wonderful. Every time I visit my sister, I INSIST we have lunch here! The food, price, and service are fantastic!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Johnny Ketchum This place is Fantastic! My son took me here for lunch. Had a Philly custom made by the owner. Great people, great food, good value. Wish it was closer to home and I would be a regular!

Brad Harper This is pretty much my new favorite BBQ place in the area. I’ve ate here 3 times so far and it didn’t disappoint each time. The Chopped or Sliced Brisket Sandwich is loaded with meat and super tasty. The Pulled Pork Sandwich isn’t quite as loaded down with meat as the brisket, but it’s also delicious. Not too much sauce, so you can still taste the flavor of the smoked meat. They have homemade BBQ sauces. I’ve tried Original and Sweet & Spicy. The Sweet & Spicy is my favorite of the two. Their Chicken and Sausage Gumbo is full of flavor, and quite a large portion. I’ve also tried their normal Sausage and Boudin Sausage. I loved the normal sausage, but I probably won’t order the Boudin again. The flavor was good, but I didn’t like the texture of that style of Sausage. My only complaint, is they don’t offer the sandwiches without a side coming with it. Sometimes I’d just like to just munch down on 2 sandwiches, without having to pay for 2 sides with them. I can’t wait to come back and try some more items on the menu. I also wish they had a few more sides, or maybe run a different daily/weekly special side. (Smoked Mac-n-cheese, Brunswick Stew???) I highly recommend this place. Best BBQ around!!!

E S Just had breakfast here for the first time. It was really good. I really like the concept of the fluffy omelette done with the waffle maker. The coffee was good. I like it a bit hotter but that’s just personal preference. Overall it was a great place to eat and have some coffee. The story is very cool too. I will definitely be back to try more things.

Tom Klein The salads, the sandwiches, the service are all fantastic! And of course the donuts and cronuts are amazing! If you like Ruben sandwiches you will be amazed with this one! The salad lovers salad is one of the best Ive had anywhere! I dont know how they do it but the glazed blueberry cake donuts and chocolate cake donuts nearly melt in your mouth!
