We arrived on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 5 and were told to "sit anywhere." This seemingly simple instruction quickly led to frustration: the only tables large enough for our group were all dirty. After standing by a vacated table for a few minutes while a staff member cleared some items, we sat down and I had to personally wipe the table clean with a napkin.
The situation only deteriorated from there. A waitress eventually brought menus and promised to return, but after that brief interaction, we became invisible. Three staff members were visibly present—one was perpetually adjusting her hair and sweater, another was filling ice behind the bar, and a third was focused on a terminal. None prioritized taking a new customers order.
We sat and stared at the bar for over 10 minutes, our readiness to order obvious. One waitress even pointed our table out to the "ice-filler," who continued her task without so much as a glance in our direction.
After about 20 minutes of being completely unacknowledged—no drink order taken, no offer of "Ill be right with you"—we walked out.
The absolute failure to provide basic service meant we couldnt rate the food or the staffs actual capabilities. Based on this experience and supporting reviews, this restaurant does not value its patrons time. I wont be returning.
