1 /5 Sheila Reinkemeyer: Would give a 0 if I could. Arrived at 7:45 walked up to the window. Stood there while employees looked at me. Finally came to the window and took my order. I ordered a $4.00 meal and 2 chili dogs and a ice cream. No ice cream. Machine broke, even though ice cream was dripping from it. 20 minutes later no food. The car that I would have been behind, plus 2 more went through the line, still no food. I asked for a refund they told me your food is almost ready. I could see they hadnt even started preparing it. I asked for a refund again, had to wait for the lady at the drive through to do the refund. I did nor said anything to be treated the way I was. They all had attitudes for some reason. I left and went to Wendys, had my food in less than 5 minutes. I will never return there. My husband and I both worked 12 hour shifts. We just wanted food!!!!
