Alan Tyler I have something to say about Pengs... I have been eating at this restaurant since the very first moment they opened the doors back in the 80s ... the food here has always been top notch , the people working here are exceptional and always polite !! I have absolutely never been disappointed ... once a week I place an order for the crew at work, for the past five years straight & not even the pickiest of people has ever had a single complaint !! I have seen some of the negative reviews on here ... some of things mentioned simply did not happen !! The entire family and the workers there are the most polite and caring people in the business ... when I see a review complaining about being treated poorly, or the food smelling like "ammonia" or small servings ? I call BS to this ... the proof is simply in the parking lot !! To the entire gang at Pengs...Brian, Indira & Kim... simply dont pay any attention to the complainers on google reviews , most of them have an agenda thats very transparent !!

amber southerland Such a fun and delicious experience! This small-town seafood restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — you can tell they take pride in every dish. The atmosphere is so unique, too. Eating great seafood while watching the gators out in the huge pond made the visit unforgettable and added a cool, adventurous touch you don’t find anywhere else. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area — you won’t be disappointed!

Diana Fursov Rachel is the best! My daughter and I stopped by for some lunch today and had the best experience. The food was good, but the service was great. Rachel was patient while my 7 year old ordered her food herself. Of course changing her mind at least twice while making her final decision. It was a little busy but Rachel kept a smile on her face through it. Never once rushing my daughter. Its the little things that make a difference and that small act of kindness set up the rest of the experience for perfection. For anyone who reads this ask for Rachel when you come in!

Doug Ford So some friends gave us a Panera gift card and we so much enjoyed our meals with it. I got the half Philly cheese steak and a delicious fireside chili and she got the Italian sandwich with winter squash soup which she said was absolutely delicious. Thank you Panera for providing some hot meals on a cool fall evening!

A- Lane Tucked into a charming shopping mall cul-de-sac, 7 Leguas Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem in Lavonia Georgia that delivers both in ambiance and flavor. Despite it being a super bustling Saturday evening, (as to be expected), we were pleasantly surprised that the waitlist wasn’t long at all, and the staff managed the crowd efficiently, making sure that guests were seated quickly without feeling rushed while also managing the long checkout lines. Our waitress met my mom and me with warmth and hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating—my mom is vegan and wanted to try the Fajita Piña, which typically comes with shrimp and chicken. Without hesitation, our waitress worked to customize the dish for her, making sure she could still enjoy the flavors without any meat products. This level of attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. The restaurant itself was spotless, again, despite its bustling activities. The decor had an inviting, authentic feel, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our meal. Beyond the fantastic service, the food was exceptional. Every dish was packed with bold, fresh flavors, and the portions were generous. You truly get what you pay for! Whether you’re dining with family or out for a casual night with friends, 7 Leguas is a place where you’ll not only get a great meal but also feel genuinely welcomed. We will definitely be back!

Trena Goodwin Went there Saturday a week ago for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised with the value and quality of our meal. Had a lunch special with a 10 inch pizza, salad and drink for 13.99 (I think that is the price). Great value but the quality was outstanding. Fresh ingredients and piping hot pizza that was the best I have had in many years. Our waitress was so helpful and friendly. I can not wait to go back!
