5 /5 amber southerland: Such a fun and delicious experience! This small-town seafood restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor — you can tell they take pride in every dish. The atmosphere is so unique, too. Eating great seafood while watching the gators out in the huge pond made the visit unforgettable and added a cool, adventurous touch you don’t find anywhere else. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area — you won’t be disappointed!

5 /5 Mary Our Lady: I went here a lot as a kid and I still go back now and the food is just as good. Cute environment inside the restaurant and even better outside. The dock is so beautiful and you can almost always spot a baby gator. Love this place and will always give them my business! The fried pickles are amazing! The catfish filet and chicken tenders are really good too.

I am 72 now and during that I have shared the fun and food there with my neighbors and friends and family and my wife really loved it. Now they have all gone to be with the Lord! However Rays pond in on my bucket list and I will come back to stop and remember the good times we had there! And then I will leave to travel on to Memphis to see Graceland and Elvis! See you soon! Before long, two men came out to try and catch it, and the whole scene became an impromptu bit of entertainment that had everyone watching from the windows and porch. It was one of those moments that you just can’t plan for but makes the night unforgettable. Inside, the vibe is casual and warm. It’s the kind of place where big families gather, kids run around, and everyone seems to know someone. The food is hearty and comforting — nothing pretentious, just good Southern cooking that hits the spot after a long day.
