Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Dawsonville, GA)

4 /5 Katey Cook: For dine in, this location is awesome! Great food and service. Always hot and fresh. We got to go meals tonight and I’m sorry to say it was very disappointing. My drink was out of syrup so it was a waste, fries were cold and hard, chips stale, salsa was laying sideways in the bag and spilled out making everything soggy. Overall the meal was pretty terrible. Looks like dining in is the only way to go. I can’t believe the drastic difference.

1 /5 Joanna Fortson: So, I’ve been in sales over 35 years & usually only like to write good reviews (b/c let’s face it, EVERYTHING is negative nowadays), but I have a pretty negative review tonight of this Chili’s unfortunately. I order takeout usually once a week from this location (Dawsonville) and spend $30 to $35 on every order. I’ve completely had enough of the very inadequate portions and the lack of quality in the food prep dept (like I order Chicken Alfredo pasta alot and it has absolutely NO Alfredo sauce……WTH??!!! (pls see picture). Also, when I order broccoli as a side, I would love to get more than 3 pieces :) This is unacceptable & has happened the past 2 orders……I know times are hard especially on restaurants w/the latest tariff rules and cutbacks, etc. but when you do have “regulars” that like your food & will pay good $, I would appreciate you paying WAY more attention to the detail of each order- thank you very much!

4 /5 Kaytie Dilbeck: My son loved his quesadilla meal, but 3 of us had issues with the rest of the food. My daughter didnt like the chicken and pasta kids dish. My husbands salmon was over cooked. My steak tasted rancid and the whole plate come out cold. Also, the shrimp that was supposed to be on the steak jad to come out separately. Needless to say, we need to just stick to burgers there...maybe the tex mex dishes too. The server was nice and pleasant. The manager took off my meal at my request as it was so bad I could not eat it. My husband and daughter muscled through theirs. Lesson learned...

5 /5 Erica: I have been going to Chilis for over 30yrs and this location hands down was the best 1 ever. I dont know if it was just tonight as this was my 1st time visiting this location but from the service all the way down to paying the damn check, everything was just outstanding. I had 2 leave this review, everything was just so perfect and I didnt get my waiters name but he was the best, I didnt have 2 ask 4 nothing. This location is an hr and a half from me and will be my go 2 Chilis if they dont change a thing!

5 /5 Marilyn Hillman: Their Southwestern Egg Rolls are my favorite. We enjoy sitting at a high topper in the bar area. Their service is exceptional!
