5 /5 Jason Latendresse: Came in over the weekend with my family. Our waitress Heather was the absolute best! She was very attentive and personable and just made us feel like we were family. Not to mention yall were rather busy at the time we were there but she never missed a beat and kept a very happy and bubbly spirit about her! My kids absolutely loved her as well. And the food was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back soon.

4 /5 Gamble Gary: Table servers need to have knowledge of the beers being served at the restaurant. Our server had no idea what seasonal beer was being served, nor what local craft beers were available. Even after asking the bar, she could not provide any details about what kind of beer they were serving from Sweetwater Brewing. The water worked out just fine.

5 /5 Vladi Gosha: This has to be my best ever Chili’s experience. I have been to many Chili’s, but this one experience was unlike any other. My server Tyler might just be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. He was quick to come and introduce himself and had a very up beat positive attitude even being close to the end of his shift. He was attentive and came back even after I had paid the tab and brought myself and my guest extra chips and salsa as well as checked if we needed water refills or anything else. Just WOW! The food was also better than my usual experience. I tend to order the same thing a lot more recently as I’ve had much of their menu over the years and have my favorites. This time being the Ultimate Cajun pasta. It came with a lot of meat and more sauce than in my previous experiences at any other location I’ve been to. The chips also came out nice and warm and the salsa was perfect temperature. My drink as well as my guest’s drinks were very good and if you like fruity drinks the Tito’s punch is definitely worth a shot as well as the Radical-Rita if it is still available at their location. Overall this was a great experience and I don’t known it was just because my server that I got such good service or because it’s a highly busy location surrounded by hotels, but give this location a try if you are in the area!

3 /5 Joan-Marie Kemp: Seated quickly for how crowded it was. Bathrooms were disgusting and I didnt even feel comfortable using them. Food was average but felt got a bang for your buck. Steak was awful and so the Mac n cheese. Corn was delicious! The drinks were on point. Manager and stopped and gave my son croutons because he was stealing mine off my salad. I appreciate the extra effort. Server was terrible and had a little bit of an attitude. Had to ask plates to be removed, after being stacked next to me. Overall, just average.
