3 /5 Drayton Blackgrove: We love this place, but $7.95 for a side of Mac n’ Cheese is highway robbery. My chicken sandwich plus fries was only $3 more. This side should be like $3.95, maybe $4.95 at the most — which is what their menu says it costs. Unfortunately, I was told that’s the “new” price despite the menu being old. Not cool. They did offer to give us a second side of Mac for the mess up, which was nice, but I’d honestly rather have my $3 back.

1 /5 Derek Kessler: ⭐ 1 Star Review We brought our baseball team of 40 here after calling ahead to confirm they could handle a large group. They assured us it would be no problem at all — but it was a major problem from the moment we arrived. In two full hours, they only managed to serve 10 out of 40 meals. The rest of us were still waiting when we had to cancel the remaining orders and leave so our players wouldn’t miss their championship game. The servers were rude, the manager was nowhere to be found, and there was literally no one else in the restaurant — just our team. With 466 reviews averaging 4+ stars, we expected much better service and organization. Our experience didn’t come close to matching that rating. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after being told they were “ready” for us.

5 /5 Bless Babie: We came out of town for a business trip and wanted to try something new out , food was excellent my server was on point and we didn’t have to wait long. The wings were great . I felt I needed to share my experience and I recommend Omia as your server she’s fantastic

1 /5 Bailey Bingham: Made people pay a cover without telling them there was going to be second line after paying. We waited in line for 2+ hours while we watched “VIP” cut 100s of people in line. What a scam. Would not let women use the bathroom. We use to love this place but we will NEVER be back. The place is ran by people who obviously have no idea what they are doing.

1 /5 Mike Fickett: We called ahead and asked if they could take a party of roughly 30 people and they said yes. Unfortunately, they should have said no we dont have the staff. We were given one server who was overwhelmed even though she stated she did this every Sunday. Our group tried to show grace as we all understood we were a large group but after 2 hours and several of our group still not receiving food with no answer on when they may get there food, it became ridiculous. One couple was told by a server in a nasty tone that they still had to pay for their tea and coke simce they sipped on it while they waited those two hours. Luckily my group did get our food and I was shocked when the 14 inch philly as stated on their menu was about 6-7 inches, truly nothing special. We also ordered two sets of wings, both with mild sauce. It was much to my surprise when there was a charge on our check for the sauce on the wings. NOT extra sauce or sauce on side, but literally the sauce they put on the wings. I have never seen that in my life, typically when you order wings, sauce is included in the price. Obviously, we will not be back and I doubt any of the others will either.
