1 /5 Jenny Burch: Leaving this bad review only in hopes the manager or owner will get his staff some help and guidance. 35 minutes in the drive through 10 cars lined around the building- they never asked the car at the window to simply pull up so everyone stuck in line could come through. Very bad service. It happens often at this establishment. There used to be a young man a year or so ago who worked and really kept things flowing, but it’s pretty bad as of late. It doesn’t seem to be a lack of staff, just poorly trained. You have the business, but your team needs guidance.

1 /5 allison hall: If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would.. We checked their hours online and with it being a SATURDAY NIGHT, you would expect them to be open.. Get there about 8:45 and there’s two punk kids inside sitting down.. OPEN SIGN ON. No one will take our order in the drive thru so we park to go in and the door is locked and she tells us they’re closed.. remind you this is the same door with the business hours posted stating they are open until 11:00. Absolutely ridiculous.

1 /5 Eric Riding: This store shouldn’t even receive 1 star. They close earlier then their store hours state they close, that is if their open at all. They stop serving food way too early, An hour before close is not acceptable. And now, the thing their most famous for, (Ice Cream) their machine is broken. I’ve worked in the fast food field, if you need help, hire some. Don’t be cheap, everyone is paying a little more now so pay up and get this business back on track. This location used to be so good, but either the owners are management has let it go down the drain. If you don’t care anymore, then just close the doors and save everyone the hassle.

1 /5 crystal cogan: Got 2 large blizzards, when I got home and tried them they had a strange horrible taste.. possibly old ice cream? When I called the store to let them know a very nice employee informed me she has told the owners this for the past 2 weeks but they are still serving this same ice cream. That is unacceptable, what if someone gets sick?

1 /5 Randy Johnson: I have never waited in line behind two cars for 20 minutes at any fast food establishment. Then after that they finally moved the front car out of the way not getting their order. This is not the first time. Only recommend not to come here.
