Israel Wright An incredible experience. The menu stretched my (fairly experienced) palate. I became intimately familiar with miso and koji. That said, I believe I caught a glimpse of what chef Ryan Smith, Kara Hidinger and team are doing with Uberto.
I appreciate the time, effort and forethought serving behind the scenes in the preservation, fermentation and curation of ingredients from the ground to our plates. This menu was stewardship served beautifully on a plate. Each bite was full of integrity, balance and exquisite culinary artistry. A well choreographed immersion of dining and hospitality.
Top notch service. Personal, intimate, professional. A culinary adventure with excellent companions.
