Josue Polanco Had the pleasure of visiting this cute little gem of a restaurant. I believe most of it is Dominican based food but there are Cuban and Puerto Rican options too. Dont forget to get your Con-Con!! Ask for some meat gravy over it tho or some beans, it will change your life. Haha. The food was 7 out of 10. The staff is super friendly. I would totally go back!! I had the big chicken over rice and beans and a side of potato salad. Very good

Tracy Mellin Oh the burgers! Talk about some delicious food! The place was easy to find, the staff was very friendly and the food was amazing! A fantastic juicy burger cooked just as I asked with great flavor complemented by the toppings! I dont live near by but Ill keep it on my list of places Im going again!

Roxie Davis Hester Food was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly that was in the burrito. Also, I purchased a "eat tacos and pet dogs" t-shirts that The Jasper county humane society set up there in all proceeds from the shirt went straight to the Jasper county humane society which I really appreciated because Im a big supporter for shelter animals and the humane society

A Ross We came here after a festival downtown and there was a line out the door. WELL WORTH THE SHORT WAIT!! We were seated after a short wait and even though the restaurant was packed, the service was outstanding! Our waiter Adam was great and very attentive....I cant brag on him enough. This young man knows customer service and anticipated our needs making this visit exceptional. Great job!!! Our order came out fast and correct. Awesome food and a great margaritas. Adam took care of us the entire time.

Nick LaPinta I want to start my review with atmosphere. From the second you pull into the spacious parking lot, youre greeted with a cozy barn with some string lights that is like a warm hug on your eyes. The Steak House itselfs exterior gives you small town hidden gem energy. You walk in and are greated by a very friendly lady. I am very heavily tattooed from face down. Im no stranger to disgusted or judgmental looks in small towns. But I was greated and conversed with like a local. Thats very much something I appreciate. The whole dining area was lit with a warm light, it was well decorated for the fall season and the staff was attentive and friendly. The bread rolls are amazing! The soft butter paired with the seasoning on the bread leaves you fighting to not eat it all and save room for food. And trust me, youll want to do that. We had an order of fried mushrooms to start. I know thats not everyones cup of tea, but theyre worth a go if you like mushrooms. Theyre paired with i believe it was a house ranch (I might be mistaken) and a 1000 island. Personally, I am not a ranch guy, but with the mushrooms, they went well together and both sauces had great flavor. Now for the meats. Listen... Ive paid from $10 to $100 for one cut of steak. This ribeye comes in under $40 (current pricing) and tops EVERY STEAK IVE MADE MYSELF AND ORDERED! Medium rare, perfectly seasoned, hearty, and great portions. Our hour drive home was slow and with the button on my pants undone. That was warranted because we decided to end our night with a deep fried cheesecake drizzled in raspberry sauce. This desert had a delightful presentation with gluttony fair food energy in the flavor. This whole meal was worth every heavy deep breath i took all the way home. I live an hour away. And i would drive even farther if i had to. If youre a foodie and are willing to travel for meat... do not sleep on The steak House. Kevin (the owner), his family and team have made a gem that shouldnt be hidden. To put this review simply. Based on atmosphere, taste, and value, The Steak House is a MUST GO place! Oh and last thing... THE CAJIN SAUCE!!!! its like a butter bas with cajin seasoning... that with the steak... BLISS!

Carolyn Graziosi I don’t know how this location is on the lower end of ratings. Lunch rush here is in fact a busy time but that’s normal. It gets busy and you have everyone doing their job as fast as possible while at the same time, trying to remain accurate with orders and requests. Amber, Michelle, Kristine, Chris, and Austin are my favorite people here. They always and I mean ALWAYS greet me, they always check on my family and I; they are top tier. I always get fresh food. I can’t recall the name of the back of house manager but she absolutely runs it fantastically back there. I hardly see any of the employees frustrated with each other. The employees come by and offer to clean your table and take your trash for you. Diego runs a tight ship with his managers and he’s doing good at it. Seriously, if there’s ever any issues, any of the people I listed above WILL 100% listen to you and better your experience.
