Fat Tony’s - (Near Valdosta, GA)

5 /5 Jan B: Had a large order for a group. Went in early to allow enough time for the staff to complete the order before the rush! They were happy to accommodate the 8 sub orders! Each sandwich was made with care and the staff were happy to help. Everyone loved their subs from the Big Boss to a simple turkey and cheese. The bread is fresh and delicious. Go try Fat Tony’s!!!

5 /5 Mike & Chrissy: 10/10 - My husband and I frequent Vito’s weekly (mostly take out) and were so excited to hear they were opening a sub shop (Fat Tony’s) on our side of town! I’ve been recovering from a knee replacement and haven’t been out much in 6 wks but today we decided I had to get out and go some where to dine in. We got there around 2 PM, so we missed the lunch rush, and it was nice and quiet. We absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere — it truly felt like an authentic delicatessen. If you know, you know. My husband ordered The Big Boss and I had The Brooklyn (pastrami) which was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly, and it was great seeing some familiar faces from the Vito’s location. This spot is definitely going to become one of our regulars — no doubt about it - especially due to proximity to our home. Great addition to the Valdosta Area!

5 /5 Micha Hogan: Take it to the garden! Wow! This ain’t your momma’s Subway. The sub rolls are fresh and delicious - standing up to the bread and toppings. I got the Big Boss with all the toppings and I inhaled it, that good! So many choices and toppings and the meats are legit. This is a must try and try again!

4 /5 Alex ONeal: I visited Fat Tony’s on lunch break during a very busy hour in Valdosta as we all know, their staff handled the crowd very well there was probably 18 people standing in line and I got in and out in around 20 minutes. Very impressed with how they handled the crowd control, down to the nitty gritty I ordered the Americano sub loaded down, you can tell the meat was very fresh but the lettuce was on the dingy side and the sandwich just tasted mediocre. The bread lacked flavor, and even the vinaigrette was watery and flavorless. Obviously this place is brand new and this is constructive criticism. For the price of a 6in sub, a bag of chips, and a drink to be $15 and some change is a little on the steep side as well. All in all not a bad spot to eat but it does need some work.
