1 /5 Christina P.: Customer service today was horrible. Although it was the 1st time they forgot part of my order, they act like it was my fault. REALLY??? I literally had to tell the girl, I can’t help how your orders come out on screen, but if I pay for a meal, I expect to receive it. Just admit you all messed up. My only fault was NOT CHECKING MY BAG before leaving.. but after these nasty attitudes today, I’ll drive to Tallahassee or go to Lemon Pepper for anymore conch I want. Train your people on your registers and stop losing your business!
