4 /5 Norris Wootton: Although I hate drive thru in general, I wanted to try the fish. I got the six fish family pack. The fish was delicious. The fries are limp and wimpy and have pepper on them which is a negative for me. If I go back, Ill ask if there is an alternative to the fries. Several people have said that the employees were rude. My experience today was just fine. I wanted to like Lemon Pepper which is close by, but the fish really is better here.

1 /5 Christina P.: Customer service today was horrible. Although it was the 1st time they forgot part of my order, they act like it was my fault. REALLY??? I literally had to tell the girl, I can’t help how your orders come out on screen, but if I pay for a meal, I expect to receive it. Just admit you all messed up. My only fault was NOT CHECKING MY BAG before leaving.. but after these nasty attitudes today, I’ll drive to Tallahassee or go to Lemon Pepper for anymore conch I want. Train your people on your registers and stop losing your business!

2 /5 Nicole: The food is always hot and fresh when I go but the customer service is a big no. I’m sure no one wants to order their food from a place where the workers are all dry sounding mean like they have an attitude for no reason at all , it’s uncomfortable and RUDE.

1 /5 Cynthia Stallings: The food was horrible I thought that going when they fist open I would get fresh hot chicken instead I got old chicken that had old batter on them fried in burnt old grease mixed with fresh grease fried too hard. Horrible
