Jacks Family Restaurant -Food CA (Near Barnesville)

5 /5 Greg Gowens: My family was going to stop at a restaurant in the square, but I could not find one we wanted. We knew the Jacks was ahead, so thats where we went. We have stopped here in the past for drinks and apple pie. This time, we all went in to sit down and eat. I ordered the 3 Piece Chicken Fingers. The rest of the family had sandwiches and milkshakes. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. The chicken tenders had an excellent flavor and texture. Fries were great. I could not find anything negative about this restaurant. Maybe it has gotten better over time? This location is highly recommended!

1 /5 Mike Redman: It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we we here, and no one was in line but us. Then, someone had to go outside and find someone to take our order. I had no idea it would be another 45 minutes and still no food. Been here 55 minutes, no food. All I ordered was the 2 piece fried chicken special. O, by the way, no soap in the restroom and milkshake machine not working properly.

2 /5 Carlaf Mays: I have visited Jacks several times now and everytime I am disappointed. My order is either wrong or cold or they are out of something. My husbands order is good but not mine. This time it was breakfast, bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold and biscuit was hard around the edges. Please get yourself together because my husband loves this place.

2 /5 Jennifer Davis: Update: Not much has improved. It took 4 people to figure out how to use an offer in the app. They forgot to put one of my biscuits in my bag. Thankfully i checked before leaving. When I finally ate the amount of eggs on my plate was the equivalent of one egg, not two and the portion of gravy was small. The only reason this location is surviving is the lack of choices in the area. They were out of food we ordered, as usual. We were told a 10 minute wait. 19 minutes later we get our food and still no drinks. I waited and finally called the store and asked how much longer ot would be. We finally drove away after sitting in the drive thru for 29 minutes. Its a good thing that the food tastes good because the service is pitiful.
