Stephanie A Walker We were seated quickly and greeted immediately by our server, Megan. She was bubbly and engaging. She joked back with us and made the meal that much better. We never had to ask twice for anything. She was on top of it. Meal was very good. Would recommend.

Andrew Donagi My wife and I decided to come to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight (New Year’s Eve). The moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly by Olivia. Kenzie walked us to our table once it was ready. Our server, Jade, was amazing. From the moment she came to our table, her friendly and warm personality set the tone for what would be a very wonderful dining experience. My wife ordered the Portobello mushroom chicken with a side salad and mashed potatoes. I ordered the bone-in Rib Eye steak, medium, with a side salad and a loaded baked potato. We started off with the Cactus Blossom. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Everything was full of flavor and very juicy. Nothing was dry or over-cooked. One of the managers, Hailey, came to our table and asked how things were. I told her that everything was better than we expected. I would give this dining experience 10 stars if I could. This was the best dining experience we had in a very long time, and it all started with Olivia and ended with Jade. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the dining room was very clean. Happy New Year to the best steak house in Statesboro.

Angelique Johnson My first visit to this lounge was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was both inviting and stylish, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment. A live band and singer delivered an outstanding performance, which greatly enhanced the overall ambience. The setting was exceptionally pleasant and engaging. I would highly recommend this lounge to anyone in town. Additionally, the food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Wanda Carney The food was great and piping hot. My Strawberry Salmon salad was superb and so was the others entrees. I typically tend to favor Longhorn restaurants because even from city to city and state to state, the meals are seemingly always excellent and a great value with similar atmospheres. This restaurant did not disappoint, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Joseph Lambert I had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Douglasville and ordered the 13 oz ribeye cooked medium rare — and they nailed it. The steak was perfectly seasoned, buttery, and tender without being chewy. Excellent job on that! There was a small mix-up with my order — I asked for a loaded baked potato but received loaded mashed potatoes instead. The presentation looked nice, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they might’ve come from a dehydrated mix rather than fresh. I wouldn’t recommend those. On the bright side, the asparagus was spot-on — flavorful and cooked just right. My sweet tea wasn’t great, but everything else made up for it. Our server was very friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed. The restaurant itself was clean, and I noticed staff going out of their way to help guests — one even opened the door for an elderly customer, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid experience with great service and a fantastic steak. I’d definitely come back, but I’ll skip the mashed potatoes next time.
