3 /5 TtotheD IsMe: Def not the experience I was expecting. Service was fast but hard to catch server once food was brought. Hot yeast rolls with honey butter and cactus blossom for starters both good. Smothered chicken was small and dry with little flavor. Green beans were good but loaded mac and cheese not good at all(sent it back actually). The loaded mashed potatoes I got as a replacement were not good either(loaded but little flavor--crazy right? Oh and cold). Added the ranch from cactus blossom for flavor. My friend did like the Beef tips over mashed potatoes. My only reason for return will be to use the remainder of my gift card. ***I ordered a cactus blossom to go for my mom and it was NOT good. It was not completely done. Mushy batter in the center--YUCK!**

4 /5 juan cooper: Texas Roadhouse great Restaurant chain. TX RH has good cuts of steaks chicken,shrimp and a host of other items the only negative was the over cook assume blossom. Our server was nice polite and professional.

1 /5 Ashley Blankenship: Normally I don’t leave reviews but when a manger argues the menu, it’s necessary. I ordered a medium steak and when it came out it was rare. I asked them to cook it more which means the manage brings it out. The manager that brought it out (keslee) she argued that hot red center is a medium and that’s how they do their mediums so I would need to order different next time. The menu clearly states that medium is hot pink. After the third time of them cooking it, it came out chewy and tasted like burnt char, definitely didn’t even eat it. It’s rude for a manager to argue with a customer that this is how they cook their mediums when the menu clearly states otherwise. I will be driving to Pooler from now on.

5 /5 Andrew Donagi: My wife and I decided to come to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight (New Year’s Eve). The moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly by Olivia. Kenzie walked us to our table once it was ready. Our server, Jade, was amazing. From the moment she came to our table, her friendly and warm personality set the tone for what would be a very wonderful dining experience. My wife ordered the Portobello mushroom chicken with a side salad and mashed potatoes. I ordered the bone-in Rib Eye steak, medium, with a side salad and a loaded baked potato. We started off with the Cactus Blossom. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Everything was full of flavor and very juicy. Nothing was dry or over-cooked. One of the managers, Hailey, came to our table and asked how things were. I told her that everything was better than we expected. I would give this dining experience 10 stars if I could. This was the best dining experience we had in a very long time, and it all started with Olivia and ended with Jade. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the dining room was very clean. Happy New Year to the best steak house in Statesboro.

5 /5 Johnathan Morris: Came here for fathers day and even though it was packed we didnt wait too long. Our server (Melissa) was very nice and attentive despite being swamped. My steak was great as is the usual with Texas Roadhouse but at this location it was cooked to absolute perfection. I like a medium well steak and this was as good as it gets!
