Williams Timeka (Meka) I’ve been to a few locations, but this by far is the best. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful. Staff was very pleasant. Location was kept clean as well. I ordered the Jerk Chicken potato (it may not be on the menu but it’s available), and I’m happy I did. Very good and filling. The only reason I rated food 4/5 is because I wasn’t a fan of their chicken and fries. I ordered the honey hot wings and fries. The fries were soggy and the chicken was soft. I love my chicken fried a little harder. But the flavor was really good. Highly recommend.

Alan Whitehouse My kind of place. We arrived mid afternoon Saturday between Christmas and New Year’s. Place was quiet. We walked inside and were able to sit outside on the porch. Love seeing a bar and a pool table outside. Dessert counter inside. I had the Wagyu-bison burger with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, on a brioche bun…requested medium rare. It was excellent. Got it with a side salad, which was also excellent; fresh mixed greens, iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber… Honey, mustard dressing. All was made or cooked to order. Could be the timing and I am certainly not complaining. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive with good recommendations. Love seeing the Outdoor rodeo ring and we’ll make it a point to stop by when there’s something going on there.

Shaunda Bennett usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on a busy Sunday, which I understand can be a hectic time — but that doesn’t excuse rude customer service. The employee who took my order seemed visibly annoyed, like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her tone was short and unwelcoming, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering food. I get that everyone has tough days, but a basic level of courtesy should still be expected when interacting with customers. With how busy it was, youd think the staff would try to keep things running smoothly and professionally. Instead, the experience felt rushed and unappreciative. I left with my food, but definitely not with a good impression. Zaxby’s needs to work on customer service training, especially for high-traffic times. Do better!!!

Marshall Helms My wife got a barbecue pizza and loved it. Newk’s always slaps. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day you go. There is tons of seating inside and the restaurant is kept clean, smells great, and was cold. I prefer to be colder.

E. Strong Great location with plenty of parking! Ordered the fish and chips, overall it was good IF you dipped in the Tatar sauce and garlic aioli. Battered well and fries were seasoned good. For the bad, my wife ordered the chicken nachos with high hopes, but was soon disappointed. The nachos were served with dirty, wilted, brown lettuce and the queso was cold and thick. Asked for a remake without lettuce and this time the ENTIRE dish was cold. Even the chips. Our server got the manager Robert and he was a breath of fresh air. He was empathic, had good active listening skills, and made things right. Definitely should be promoted ahead of his peers! Service was good and atmosphere was inviting. Not as crowded as the Marietta location (which is a good thing). Will definitely return!

Dan Lipcsey Nice place right on the lake. Sat outside and enjoyed the view while eating a delicious burger and receiving wonderful service! If I am in the area again, I will definitely come back here!
