Joseph Lambert I had dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Douglasville and ordered the 13 oz ribeye cooked medium rare — and they nailed it. The steak was perfectly seasoned, buttery, and tender without being chewy. Excellent job on that!
There was a small mix-up with my order — I asked for a loaded baked potato but received loaded mashed potatoes instead. The presentation looked nice, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they might’ve come from a dehydrated mix rather than fresh. I wouldn’t recommend those.
On the bright side, the asparagus was spot-on — flavorful and cooked just right. My sweet tea wasn’t great, but everything else made up for it.
Our server was very friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed. The restaurant itself was clean, and I noticed staff going out of their way to help guests — one even opened the door for an elderly customer, which was a nice touch.
Overall, a solid experience with great service and a fantastic steak. I’d definitely come back, but I’ll skip the mashed potatoes next time.
