Shon McEachin We had reservations, but showed up about 30 minutes early and were glad we did. Although they sat us early it didnt take long for the place to start to fill up. The server was very friendly, helpful and attentive. She made suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the steak combo which is plenty enough food for two or three people. The combo has two types of steak, grilled chicken and grilled smoked sausage. It comes with two salads and two sides. I ordered the Cesar salad and my wife the house salad. Both were excellent. Our sides were sauteed mushrooms (perfect) and grilled asparagus (which was in my opinion ever so slightly underdone as I prefer the natural sugars to be caramelized ---my only complaint at all). The pre meal bread was served with a bruschetta and also a garlic aoli that was delicious. We had so much food we couldnt finish, but did order a tres leches dessert to take back to our room. It was perfect. The restrooms were clean, the atmosphere was great, although my old eyes could probably had benefited from a tad more light. Overall a fantastic first experience and I would highly recommend.

L S Wonderful decorations for the holidays. There was a live band that had really good music. I ordered the fajitas and the Mexican Corn to go. When I got home, they hadnt packed the tortillas for my fajitas. Not sure how they missed that. The food was good. Will visit again in my next trip to Americus.

Bobby Mack The food here is delicious! We eat here every week and it never disappoints. The people are friendly, and the service is always great. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves good seafood and chicken!

Sharon Holwick We are passing through and staying at a local hotel tonight on our way to the Keys, and we decided to have dinner here tonight. We have our dog with us and the outside, dog friendly seating was a huge draw. We have never eaten at any of the locations in the chain. We had a fantastic experience! Food was excellent. Service was fantastic. The dog friendly environment coupled with the dog menu (!!!!!) was exactly what we didn’t realize we needed tonight but we absolutely loved! I’m not sure if we will ever travel through hinesville again, but if we do, we will definitely visit this restaurant! And if we see any in any places we visit, we will 100% check it out!

Ke Pie We had a fantastic experience at Cielo Blue Mexican Grill! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Our server, Jacob, was absolutely awesome—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered came out perfectly, and you could tell everything was made with care. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are equally amazing, but Cielo Blue really delivered. Everything was great from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious Mexican food and excellent service!
