Kobe Japanese Steak House - (Near Jesup, GA)

2 /5 Cheri Strickland: By far the worst Kobe’s we’ve ever eaten at! The Teriyaki Chicken with vegetables had 98% onion and only 2 slices of zucchini with no broccoli at all. At all the others we’ve eaten at, there was plenty of veggies in it. Here , there was plenty of chicken, but equal to the amount of onion. Also, they charge if you want additional sauces besides the one you are given with your order. At all the others, you get your own sauces. I understand the charging, but .50 cent per med cup is extreme considering how much sauce may be required or desired for the amount of a meal. Lastly, the tempura side I ordered was dripping with grease & had soaked up a lot which means the grease was not hot enough. We will not be back.

1 /5 Rick Alford: Filthy, dirty restaurant… Everything is duct tape together! Dirty bathroom, dirty tables and top it off there was a long hair in my rice. This place needs to be shut down!

1 /5 Tyrae Rae: Used to eat this every week 2 years ago , since then I’ve ate at Oishis in Jesup. Since oishis was closed today I tried Kobe’s again. I wish I waited for Oishis to open Tuesday…. Don’t eat here. Staff no longer cares about there jobs and sits at the tables while the cook carelessly makes the food and sushi that will give every customer the worst bubble guts of there life as well as using old veggies , wet batter and soggy tempura. You’ve been warned

2 /5 lil ravioli: The service was great everyone was very kind and friendly. I made an order over the phone and sadly the girl must of been new because she couldn’t answer any of my questions. I’m pregnant and can’t have raw fish so I asked if the salmon could be cooked in my sushi and was told yes. When I got there I inspected the sushi and the salmon was raw. I went and asked is this salmon cooked and they said no. I let them know again I was pregnant and can’t eat raw fish. He took it from me to fix it and they ended up deep frying it which is cooked yes but not what I wanted. I didn’t want deep fried sushi I wanted regular sushi but just have the pieces of fish maybe put on the grill or steamed. I try to be hopeful and I bring it home and it was just so bad. The batter was so thick and flavorless. Like pancake batter. I tried to peel it off but the cucumber and rice inside were now soggy and piping hot it was just not a good experience. I know traditional sushi is raw but that’s why I asked if the salmon could be cooked before I made my order. Was just having a craving that left me still hungry as I threw away $25 worth of sushi (x2 rolls)

1 /5 stevie yoder: I placed an order the day before, and when I called back the next day to check on it the woman immediately hung up when I gave my name. She proceeded to hang up the next 2 times I called, and I even called from a different number and still the same thing happened.
