1 /5 Brandy Black: I ordered my food through y’all’s out over three hours ago and still have not received it. I tried to call the store to find out what’s going on in all you get is the recording you called the phone number on the recording and you get another recording. I had to edit my review because someone replied and I can’t answer them so I tried to contact y’all through there and was told that since I had no pictures of the food they messed up there was nothing they can do and then I was told sorry about your order never being delivered. We can’t submit it. You’ll be refunded so that’s twice that my order has been screwed up from there and nothing is yet to be done and when I was contacted, I was told basically oh well.

5 /5 Robinson Emily “Emmie”: This Krystal is the best one around! Our food is always hot and fresh! And they are normally pretty quick if you go through drive through!

2 /5 Neal Casey: I am very dissatisfied with my service. I paid over $29 and did not get all my food. I ordered the #1 combo and did not get my fries. Also ordered 2 reg chiks and 2 spicy chiks and only got 1 of my regular chiks. Its expensive enough to get fast food anymore and to add i insult to injury not get all your food.

2 /5 melanie jacoby: Worst food ever and the employees were a joke except the one trading orders, which she was polite, put up with our indecisiveness, tried to joke with us when we couldnt make up our minds, BUT ONE EMPLOYEE WALKED OUT, the girls in the back stayed blaming it on the girl taking out orders, but he came from the back cooking area, all ANGRY, STAYING HE WASNT LISTENING TO OR DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING, HE CLOCKED OUT AND HE LEFT. VERY MAD, IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR LARGE ORDER. We specifically went inside bcuz there was no one inside and the drive thru was bombed with vehicles, so we thought we were done a good thing. I mean, we wanted to wait in our car too, but no one inside, we thought we were doing justice for everyone. BUT TOO BE SO BOLD AND RUDE, FOR NO REASON AND WE WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES BCUZ HE WALKED OUT. ITS WAS THE LAST ORDER AND OF THE GIRL TAKING THE ORDERS HADNT COME RUNNING OUT WITH OUR LAST BAG, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SHORT OR FOOD AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO BAD BCUZ THEY CLOSED. KUDOS to the lady taking orders and when we were waiting more and more people came inside and she was just as PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY TO THEM. SHE WAS AWESOME. Go somewhere they will appreciate you and work. Most of is have had to work Christmas eve and Christmas day. Its life young man that walked out.

3 /5 Culinary Momma: Its okay! Fries were hot, but Krystals burgers were mushy bc of all the onion juice they put on the patty as they are grilling them. I wish they wouldnt apply so much making you feel like you are eating a snout burger, GROSS!!!! ALSO PRICES ARE WAY WAY TOO HIGH FOR THOSE MEALS THERE...NEED TO GO DOWN ON PRICING BC THEY ARENT WORTH WHAT PRICE IS DISPLAYED WHEN YOU GO UP TO THE WINDOW .... HONESTY GOES ALONG WAY! ON THE MORE POSITIVE SIDE IF THINGS THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND NOT TOO PUSHY...THANKS FOR THAT
