LongHorn Steakhouse - (Near Greensboro, GA)

1 /5 Kate K: The worst experience we have ever had! The food poisoned me and my husband! First time in this area , traveled from NC. On october 25th we ordered NY strip and ribeye steaks, cooked medium, with salads. My NY strip was absolutely raw! As it was dark inside the restaurant I ate some of it and it was extremely chewy and then I realized it wasn’t even cooked, it looked like it was placed on grill half frozen - the color of the steak was purple! My husband’s steaks was extremely chewy as well and he asked our waitress if anything can be done about that. Her only suggestion was to cook it more, which was a joke honestly, because it will obviously not change the chewiness of the meat. Normally good restaurants offer you to change the steak but here they did not even bother. Very bad , extremely poor service! It’s been 3rd day and I’m still having all the symptoms from poisoning from this awful place and my husband has it as well. Salads didn’t look good either, yellow and dark spots on leaves. We spent >$100 and it was absolutely disgusting! Avoid this place if you don’t want to suffer from poisoning yourself. Overpriced for trash food and extremely poor service! I took the meat “to go” to feed it to animals outside. You can see the picture how bad it looks. Avoid this place at all costs!

4 /5 Pamela B: First time visiting since they opened about 10 months ago. It is very nice with the typical Longhorn decor. It is in a prime location (off of I-20) and close to Lake Oconee. There was a small wait because of staffing issues. But our server, Lyrica, once seated, did her best to make our experience worthwhile. Our drinks were good and the food was delicious. Everything was as ordered and came out in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back!!

5 /5 debbie robinson: We arrived at 4:00 and was greeted and sat us a booth. We ordered appetizer and our server Regan was excellent she brought us bread also. We ordered entrees and soup and salads. We also ordered dessert which we had to take home because we were full. We are only here a couple days but we may stop back again while we are here.

1 /5 Carbon Element: The first time we ate there was good the second time was absolutely horrible ! My wife and I ordered two steaks, ribeye, and strip. Both were cooked medium, but the quality of steaks was absolutely horrible and chewy like they were seared immediately from frozen. Could barely cut them with the knife. It took so much effort . We both complained to the waitress. She went to the chef and said sorry there’s nothing they can do. We were very hungry so we couldn’t just leave our food Ended up having a bowel obstruction later via CT scan proven that it was from the steak as it was chewy indigestible material blocking my intestine. Horrible experience we will not be coming back.
