5 /5 Jonathan Allen: Love MD. It has that local joint feel to it. Nothing fancy, but the food is great and the prices are good. Ive only gotten takeout or door dash, but when I go inside the place seems nice. I put three stars for the atmosphere since Ive never eaten inside and theres nothing remarkable to point out. The staff Ive spoken with are friendly though, and the dining area is very spacious. Ive seen a mix of customers from families with kids to groups of coworkers.
Ive had the fried shrimp salad, chicken salad wrap and sandwich, fries, fried clam strips, cheese burger, baked beans and the strawberry cheesecake. Other than the burger just being ok, Ive loved everything else. Again, its nothing fancy, but it tastes like a person actually made it and didnt just dump something out of a can.
The prices are pretty good too. Even if I want to be a pig its still no more than $20 unless Im lazy and door dash it. You can get a decent combo with fries and a soda and it will fill you up. The service is really fast as well. Anytime I order takeout it is ready in about 10 min. If you want a simple, down home kind of place with solid food, check out Michaels Deli.
