Jennifer Reeves I gave the service a 3 because no one ever spoke to us until someone brought our food and drinks. Even then he was just telling us what each bowl was. When you walk in you have to find a table and scan a QR code to order and pay for your food. There is also an option to order at the counter. The food was really flavorful and delicious, and we loved the atmosphere. It is a bit pricey for a lunch for four people, but all the downtown restaurants are.

Jamie Cammack One of my favorite restaurants in Albany/Leesburg! Everything we’ve ever tried is amazing. The drinks are always great too! It’s clean and the staff is super friendly. We’ll come back regularly for sure!

Isaac Lang This was a very quiet restaurant with beautiful décor. The food was excellent—especially the Brussels sprouts and buttermilk pie. Our waitress was great. She was very efficient and personable. The price was reasonable for a hearty Southern meal.

Justine Janzen I was disappointed with their salsa. It didnt fell authentic - it was mostly just a paste base without any of the fresh veggies you would normally have for the added texture and taste. I will say the cheese dip was exceptional! Their homemade chips were delicious. I got my order to go, but the atmosphere seemed warm and welcoming. The manager was friendly, and even though I was only placing a to go order, he made it feel as though I was there to sit and eat. I will go out on a limb and say I imagine their table service is very good. The prices are a bit high, but portions are large, and everything tasted like it was made with fresh ingredients. Food was hot and made to order, but I didnt find it anything to rave about after the chips and dip. I went back several days later wanting an order of Sopapillas and was soo prego lady disappointed they dont offer them. Im from NC, but I assumed all Mexican restaurants served them as a staple desert. The restaurant is nice inside, and the menu is extensive - almost overwhelming with soo many choices. All and all, Im not sure theyre the top choice for Mexican food in Alma, GA.

Chao Moreno We were on our way home from vacation and wanted to stop somewhere we couldnt get back home and stumbled upon this great place to get some great food along with excellent service that we received from one of the kindest person we meet Chancie was great. She interaction with our 8yr old was comical and a treat. She was busy but still gave us excellent service. I would definitely give them a try.

Luigi Antonio My recent visit to Gnats Landing Statesboro was an absolute pleasure, and I can see why its such a beloved spot. As someone new to the area, it was one of my first stops, and I havent been able to stop going back since! It truly stands out amongst other places Ive tried. The food here is simply delicious. I took Brooklyns suggestion and tried the blackened shrimp with creamy grits, and it was a revelation – perfectly cooked shrimp with just the right amount of spice, complemented by the rich, creamy grits. I also indulged in the hot buffalo wings and the seasoned fries, both of which were incredibly tasty and satisfying. Every single dish Ive ordered has been absolutely delicious, and Ive even discovered new favorites I never thought Id enjoy. Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a great college vibe. The service was consistently on point; the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly loved the outside seating options, whether you prefer shade or sun. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a meal, especially when the weather is nice on their great patio. Gnats Landing delivers a 10 out of 10 experience every single time, from the friendly people to the outstanding food.
