Monte Alban Restaurant - (Near Hiawassee, GA)

5 /5 Jeremy Grecco: Mexican food is one of my go-to meals. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Monte Alban. There was reminiscing about the mezcal we drank in our youth that bears the same name...and a worm. I absolutley love coastal Mexican cuisine. I got the Vallarta Especial and my wife got the Diabla tacos. Both were fantastic but the Diabla sauce was amazing! The atmosphere is really cool. The tables have murals on them and the chairs are carved with agave plants. There is outdoor seating but its early April so still a little chilly to be sitting outside. Add this place to your list of great places to eat!

5 /5 Tyson Burleson: This is a really great place to eat at. The food was surprisingly delicious. They were quick to seat us, quick to bring drinks, and quick to get our food to us. The service was excellent and the waiter checked on us constantly. The place was packed but they handled the crowd extremely well. The hostess gave us zero attitude even though she had to be overwhelmed. We came with a party of 8 and were taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Sandra Sears: This was some of the best Mexican food that I have had in recent years. I had the chicken chimichanga and it was to die for. Their prices are more than reasonable. Fast and friendly service.

5 /5 Melissa Connell: First time visiting and man was it good!!! The food was stellar from taste, presentation, pricing, and portions! The wait staff was friendly, funny, and top shelf! We will definitely be back!
