Zacks Chris I was in town for a trip and meet with a few friends, and they brought me here for lunch—and I’m so glad they did. We arrived around 1 PM and the place was already buzzing with energy. Even with the crowd, the wait for a table was surprisingly short.
The restaurant itself is spacious, cozy, and super inviting. We were seated by the windows, and the natural sunlight instantly warmed up the entire vibe. The menu has a great variety of options, and I kept hearing about their tuna sandwich from nearby tables—definitely something I’ll be coming back to try.
For lunch, I decided to go with two appetizers, which turned out to be the perfect amount of food:
Burrata: Fresh Fuji apple slices paired with burrata and drizzled with honey—this dish was a standout for me. It was refreshing, light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The apples were crisp and slightly sweet, adding great texture, while the burrata was smooth and rich. The honey tied everything together and really elevated the flavors.
Grilled Spanish Octopus: Cooked perfectly—well-seasoned, tender yet pleasantly chewy, with a beautiful char on the outside that gave just the right hint of bitterness. The creamy sauce and crunchy nuts added depth and texture, while the sliced onions brought freshness and a subtle aromatic bite. Another solid win.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience here. Even though it was a quick lunch and we spent most of the time chatting, the food was impressive enough to make me pause and truly enjoy each bite. I’ll definitely be back for that tuna sandwich, the drinks, and a full entrée next time
