QuadRaptor Some days, you just have the worst craving for brisket, fried okra, and Brunswick stew. Thankfully there’s Fire It Up BBQ to help you with those cravings! I’ve never had a bad meal here and it is my go to when I need some great BBQ!

Chris Burris I ordered Brunswick stew and 2 lbs of brisket. This place is a Carnivores dream. The brisket is sliced thin and is still moist and tender. Perfect amount of fat to meat ratio but I like my briskets untrimmed. Good smoke flavor you can immediately smell the smoke after opening the container. The Brunswick stew is honestly unlike anything Ive ever had. I really liked it. It was gone within 2 miles of the store. 2 southern gems running the window with great attitude and charm. Ill be back in the area next week and Im definitely hitting this place up again.

Clint Decker What a wonderful place! We dined in on a whim and was greatly pleased! My pappas special pizza was absolutely phenomenal! Their calamari was good. It has bits of jalapeños in it. Im personally not big on jalapeños. But Id still rank them tasty! Their breadsticks were very flavorful and delicious! My wifes eggplant parmesan was very good as well! Well definitely be returning to this little gem!

Steve Cho Seems to have a lot of mixed reviews on this but let me tell you, that white cheddar truffle pasta is sooo good. I was so shocked at how good it was — you won’t find this level of good Italian on this side out town, that’s for sure. And the Cajun shrimp was good as well. Go in person, dine in or take out, seems to be the method. Haven’t been disappointed yet!

Mrs. Irene P T My husband and I went on our usual date night the atmosphere was excellent the service was excellent I had the lemon pepper wings and the garlic parmesan wings with fries the wings were ok a bit overcooked had it not been for the grated cheese I wouldnt have been able to tell the lemon pepper from the garlic parmesan I also had fries Im not a fan of the crinkle cut fries but they were ok we went on a Wednesday and the place was empty I also ordered a regular margarita with very little ice but I got one with a lot of ice my husband had the tacos and the house salad which he loved. So all in all it was a great place and I know we will return but Ill try something else. The service was great and very friendly. I think it was a little dark and could use a bit more lighting otherwise it was a good date night and Im sure we will return.
