Rosemary and Thyme Restaurant - (Near Americus, GA)

Andrea Nason They just opened 3 weeks ago! Immediately walking in to the restaurant, the atmosphere was cozy and well decorated. A great place for a date night. I started with the apple, cucumber & onion salad which was very lightly dressed in a salted tangy seasoning. It was crisp and fresh and the portion was enough to serve two. I love goat so the owner helped me choose Chettinad for my entree. Large chunks of tender goat in a rich, lightly smoky, medium spicy sauce. Again, enough to serve two! Of course the rice was perfectly fluffy and aromatic. The owner also recommended cheese naan and it complimented the entree very well. I believe the naan would go excellently with anything, anywhere, every day. It was fluffy but perfectly crispy on the exterior, full of cheese, herbs, and flavor. I also had a mango lassi drink, which is great for cooling the palate if you choose a spicy meal. It was quite thick and pleasantly sweet, not too sweet. The entire experience from the atmosphere to the attentive owner and staff to the meal itself felt like a warm, happy hug.

Steven This is a MUST. Walking in, you realize the place is special. Beautiful, fresh and bright. Same as the food and the dinnerware it is served on. Each sushi roll had a nice portion of fish, which unlike others, actually tasted like a "sushi" roll. Hot fresh dumplings full also of flavor. This was a late lunch, reasonable priced, cant wait to go back and sample the dinner menu.

Davin Anaya Brought a customer here for dinner. The service was on point from the second I walked in until I paid. We shared the pork belly and salmon dip - both were great. I got the scallops wrapped in prosciutto. They were delicate and cooked perfectly. All in all, the meal was great

Sarahg1561 Ordered the butterfly fried shrimp and it was very good! My husband had the wings and also really liked it. Fair prices as well. Clean and also we got our order quickly for how busy they were. Recommend this new place!

Sabah Ali That crab cake was so good! The okra was the best I’ve ever had, coleslaw was on point, and the shrimp was really good too. This is gonna be my new favorite spot
