5 /5 Geick Angela: Absolutely the best baby back ribs I have tasted in years.. They were fall of the bone tender... the pulled pork was excellent and not dry, the cowboy bacon burger was also excellent. Our family is extremely pleased

1 /5 terrell hall: Tonight I called Shane Rib shack in Milledgeville,GA to place a to go order. The employee answered the phone and I said I would like to place a to go order. She said let me take care of this customer, I’m gonna put you on hold and I’ll be right back. After 10 minutes she haven’t returned.So I hung up and tried calling back. This time my called went straight to voicemail box. Which was full. I called back several times back to back. Each time it went to voicemail box. I felt lied to. Because if you wasn’t going to take my order just say so. Like we only take on line orders or walk in. Just don’t lie to your customers. So I decided to call pickle barrel in Milledgeville, Ga and they answered the phone and took my order with no problem. Also to my surprise they were open on a Monday Shane lost Pickle Barrel gained. After leaving PBC I decided to stop by Shane to see what was going on. I sat in the parking lot and called from my car. Still going straight to voicemail. Nobody up front neither. So I decided to walk into Shane while still calling. Straight to voicemail. And nobody up front to take my order. I take to some of the customers that was eating. Still no one came up front. So as I was still calling I put my phone up to the camera showing I was standing in the store calling. Still no one showed up. So I left. I know that the workers get paid by the hour . So if they take orders or not they still getting paid. It’s the business that’s losing money when customers go somewhere else to order food. Had anyone else had experience like this at your local Shane Rib Shack?

1 /5 zeus from the ville: exactly why i tell my wife i do NOT eat here, they cant even make a bbq sandwich right, BUN WAS SUPER SOGGY how do you miss half of the bun with the chicken then drench my sandwich in bbq sauce, this is whats wrong with places now, they hire any and everybody

2 /5 Shae Nicole: The place is aesthetically pleasant . We ordered 2 rib dinners side of Mac and cheese, baked beans and Cole slaw : The ribs which I think is what they are known for is very good . The sides not so good . Baked beans and macaroni came out really cold which was weird . Almost as if they just came out the refrigerator. They got sent back . We also ordered 2 baconater and fries , very disappointing. Burgers had no taste at all . No seasoning. No amount of sauce could help it . We also asked for cheddar cheese on the burgers and waited for 15 mins as they said . The burgers came out with American cheese. They had to be sent back . They told us give them another 15 mins. 10 mins later they told us they could not produce a burger with melted cheddar cheese . They could only sprinkle it . So we opted out the cheese . Another 15 mins later they came back with sprinkled melted cheddar cheese : ..this was very annoying as we said now never mind we didn’t want sprinkled cheddar cheese . We just went ahead and settle . All in all if u are here just get the ribs .nothing more

1 /5 Matthew Roher: Order chicken tenders and all were raw, when brought to attention of staff there was no urgency or remorse. All that was said was “We don’t make it” which is unacceptable. I have photos of the raw tenders.
