Breezy Loyd The food was bland, no flavor at all. Even their new smash burger is wouldve thought had at least a lil flavor but it didnt and I replaced my plain fries in the combo with chili cheese fries with shredded cheese not the liquid kind and those were the worst tasting chili cheese fries Ive ever eat in my life. The chili didnt even taste like chili and they claimed to have used shredded cheese instead of melted but it tasted like some cheap velveeta cheese. The order was made sloppy, my dads fries were cold, the burgers were dry too and my babies condom was cooked too long making it hard and chewy. The only reason they got 2 stars is the staff who took my order did appear to be trying it wasnt their fault the ones in back didnt prepare it correctly. I do like Sonics food just apparently not this location without some improvement. The only thing that was pretty good were the drinks. I plan to call them to let them know about my experience and find out how they plan to compensate for the issues.
