2 /5 Lacey Dodson: The first time we went here about a year ago in 2024, this place was PHENOMENAL! Best burger I’ve ever had and I’m not a big burger person. Went there a second time and it was still good but not as good as the first. Went a third and was just ok. Now I’ve been here for a 4th time (6+ months since the 3rd time) and honestly the customer service and order accuracy sucks. The girl at the front desk was rude when my husband went in and then my burger is missing extra toppings that I paid for such as extra cheese and grilled onions. It literally has the smallest piece of cheese on it for a double burger that doesn’t cover the patty and is dry as can be. These burgers are usually so juicy and greasy and salty but not today or the last 2 times. You’re better off making your own smash burgers by buying the box from Publix or aldI and cooking them in a skillet or flat top grill with butter. Much better than this place at this point.

5 /5 Chelsea Murphy: I got the Demodog Fries and my husband got the Smash Burger Fries and they were both absolutely delicious!! Prices are great for the amount of food you get! Such a cool little hole in the wall place especially if you like Stranger Things!!

Friday night, my husband and I were trying to decide where to eat, and after a long drive to McDonough (which was a huge mistake thanks to traffic!), we decided to try a recommendation from our daughter-in-law. She suggested Smashin Burgers in Jackson which that is our home town a place we had passed by countless times but never stopped at. I’m so glad we finally gave it a shot! As a picky eater, especially when it comes to ground beef, I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were on point. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The vibe was casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed night out. From now on, this will definitely be our go-to spot for Friday date nights, and we’ll be sure to tell all our family and friends about it. Highly recommend!
