5 /5 Bekah Alpha: I have to say... I hadnt been happy with the LaFayette Sonic in a long time. Tonight, on the other hand, I was surprised by the exceptional service we received. The young man who served us was VERY professional and treated us like we mattered. It was noticed. Then, just now while sitting at home, I noticed a sweet little note handwritten on my cup! That made my night!! Great job Sonic employees! Tonight, you made an encouraging impression and a difference in how I feel about your store. YOU MATTER!!! Thank you so very much!!

2 /5 jeremiah the Song Rains: I have not lived in Lafayette long but I do go to Sonic to get the hot dogs because the hot dogs are normally pretty good maybe Im going at the wrong time of day for this chicken sandwich that they have going on but I believe this is the second time Ive ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it looks like that I cant eat it its inedible its absolutely gross

2 /5 Axtrie ᦗ: Okay. Heres the story. I attend LaFayette High School, and this Friday, I was working at a concession stand for a football game. I was in a bad mood, so once the game ended, my mom and I went to Sonic, because its an iconic place my family loved. However, my ma warned me that Sonic has become a lot more messed up in their food. I thought she meant like..theyd forget an item or give us an extra, hell, maybe even give us the wrong thing. But no. I decided to get a wrap, a "Twisted Flamingo" drink, and some salted caramel toffee bites, while she got a Oreo chocolate shake. We arrived at 9:36 PM. Our food was expected at 9:42 PM. It didnt come out until 9:55 PM. Even then, my wrap did not look like a wrap. It looked like they wrapped a tortilla around a single piece of chicken, with the smallest amount of things such as ranch, tomato, lettuce.. I asked for some Mayo and I didnt taste the Mayo whatsoever. My mom says that this place has gotten cheap and quite irresponsible, and I agree. Yall werent even busy... Pack it up.

She asked me how my food was as I was leaving. Its always a pleasure to visit a place where staff genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.
