Trey Glass This was my first ever experience with KJ’s and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside it didn’t look like much. In fact I almost missed it entirely. It’s a quaint little hole in the wall joint in Ft Gaines. The food however was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken tender platter buffaloed with fries. The food was cooked to order so it was hot and fresh. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service was top notch. This place definitely surprised me and that’s saying a lot. I definitely recommend KJ’s anytime you’re in Ft Gaines, Ga. You won’t be disappointed.

Chuck Whitley First time visit and it was great. Molly, the bartender, was a great help with my flight selection. I had the Amaretto, Smoked Cherry Malt Bourbon, Barrel Aged Rum. I bought all three. I also got to go back and meet Austin, one of the distillers, and had a nice talk about the distilling process.

Wanda Gould This spot is a regular when I visit Appling County. It has been here long since my childhood. The atmosphere is very pleasant and always served with a smile. It was great to get to stop in again after a very long time. I had a quick chicken snack which was crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside. The only way good cooks in the South know how to make it. I enjoyed my experience here just as I always do when I visit my old hometown. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommended.

Brittany Proulx By far the best Mexican food option in Madison- much more authentic than Tequilas or Dos Amigos. Warm, attentive service with a family-owned vibe, and it gets bonus points for the solid Mexican music playing throughout our meal. Don’t be deterred by the gas station location- it has plenty of seating inside! The tacos al pastor, tortas, guacamole, and agua de horchata are all excellent choices. This is a nice takeout option for locals, or pit stop for those driving through that want something fresher than fast food. You won’t regret it!
