3 /5 Shane Buckner: The steak is better than barberitos the cheese is okay the sauces decent service is fine a little slow because its the beginning of being here. They are very skinny with cheese on tacos in quesadillas. The chipotle ranch is very good. The medium cheese dip is probably a small or should be a small. My mail was over 15 bucks all I got was two steak tacos that are very small a medium cheese dip and a drink. Probably will not be my normal stop.

2 /5 Ashley Dougherty: Will not be back. Brought 4 little girls out after summer camp. They were ordering their kids meals one by one. The food preppers each said what would you like for your toppings. Kids and I never been here before and thought it was similar to Moes where they can get what they want at no additional charge. This is definitely a nickel and dime you kind of place. We paid equal here to a downtown sit down Mexican restaurant with better service.

5 /5 Anet Garcia: I would like to give a shout out to Surcheros in Thomasville Ga. We recently had a delivery/catering service provided to our Archbold Emergency Department for EMERGENCY NURSES WEEK. Mrs. Peggy (Store Manager) was so helpful with our catering request as well as delivering at requested times. She was punctual and the food was freshly cooked. Thank you Mrs. Peggy and Surcheros staff for the outstanding customer service provided to our ER Nurses. They were all very satisfied. ~Anet Garcia (Archbold ER Administrative Coordinator)

4 /5 Jessica Gomez: I have been to this location twice now. Give Pancho a raise! He has given service with a smile the whole time. His quality of service is a main reason for the second visit. No other employee at this location thus far has matched his energy. I left a tip because of Pancho. If everyone had the same energy I would have left more. I wanted to mention this menu with photos as well. My mother-in-law is deaf and I don’t know much ASL yet so having a menu with photos makes the process of placing an order much easier. The cleanliness is another plus. Cons: pricing seems a little high for what it is. Mini size burrito has only white and wheat as options for the tortilla.
