5 /5 Justin Glenn: Fantastic food! This is a new favorite. Especially the shrimp ceviche, a perfectly balanced dish with a fine dining level of quality, but reasonably priced & right here in town. 5 /5 Yvonne Marinelli: EASILY some of the most flavorful, vibrant food my taste buds have experienced. I ordered the pork osso bucco, and it did not disappoint. This is my third dining experience here, and I will say they are very consistent with their quality. As a foodie, I appreciate well-seasoned foods, a variety of textures, and a colorful plate. SO glad they opened a location in Clarkesville! Dine at The Hush and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

5 /5 Mary Jo Gantt: The beef empanadas are excellent and paired with 2 good sauces. The Ropa Vieja was also very good. The black beans served with it were nicely seasoned. The Tostones Loco were really good and I like the Cilantro Ranch Crema drizzled on top. They also have some excellent cocktails.

4 /5 Truc Mai: Great hidden gem in this small town. Our familys first time trying Cuban food and it didnt disappoint. Portions were generous and prices are ok. Perhaps reducing size of the larger portions and reducing prices will attract more customers. Our server Chantal is very attentive and sweet and the decor is interesting. My only complaint which kept it from getting 5 stars is the nickel and diming of customers for using a credit card. Its a growing trend from restaurants I dont like. While their explanation is offsetting costs for businesses, its over 3.5% which is higher than credit card companies charge for usage if negotiating correctly. Its also a cost that businesses can write off but customers cannot. The place is hard to find because sign is not eye level from road and we drove around a few times before just parking at the nextdoor lot and walking and found through looking at building numbers. Its next to Edward Jones which has easier to spot signs

4 /5 dietmar doehring: I had to go here as my sister said, I needed to try this place. She knows how much I love good Cuban food. This is the clarksville location, theres also one in Clayton. Cute little atmosphere, cozy full on bar. I always like to sit at the bar, I think its the best service. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, I asked for the Tampa version and didnt get it. The Tampa version comes with salami added to it, so Im not sure what happened but thats why you got 4 stars, instead of 5. Was the sandwich good, oh yeah, their pork is really good that shredded pork meat, one of the best Ive had on a Cuban sandwich in many, many years. The fries, delicious, crisp crunchy. The appetizers were really good we all loved the fried cheese balls. Would I come back? Absolutely.
