1 /5 Ivory Thomas: If I could give it zero stars I would. We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday & received 3 different impatient servers that rushed us the whole time. The last one couldn’t get our order correct even though we literally kept breaking it down to her. The food still came out missing items (shrimp). She added on an order that we did not have that we had to get taken off the ticket later. Our drinks came out last after we were all finishing our food because she kept disappearing & not checking on us at all. They did not take off the item that was missing because why would I still want it after I’ve finished my whole meal. We didn’t see her the whole time but when it was time to pay we seen her the most because she was profiling us thinking we weren’t going to pay. My brother had to tell her we’ll come to the register in a minute & to stop coming to the table asking about the check. They also have it stating on the menu that 6 or more adds 18% gratuity but it was less than 6 of us & the manager told us it was 4 or more because he saw 5 of us, 4 adults 1 kid. Update the menus to say that then ! Attitudes were nasty & the manager was very dismissive. I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

1 /5 Jasmine Coleman: The food was good, and that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this place. Waited over 10 mins for even an HELLO. A waitress finally decided to ask me would I like to be seated…I mean you watched me walk in and stand at the host stand for the last 12 mins…obviously. Only then to be given the slowest server possible. Once she dropped our food we didn’t see her for 30+ mins. I ended up having to call a a manager to at least pay so I could go..he could care less about my time, So I guess everyone here hates their guest…amber needs a new gig.

5 /5 Tero Pero: Decided to have a crab boil lunch and Juicy Crab was recommended. I have been to several Crab boil places and this ranks high. We ordered the onion ring appetizer and the crab boil bag with crab cluster, shrimp, potatoes and corn. We requested a blend of mild Cajun and garlic seasoning. It was DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of spice. Our server Kourtney was very pleasant and the food came out rather quickly. The place was not that busy as it was lunch time during the week. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Overall great experience and I would definitely return here again.

3 /5 Antonia Stone: For my first time at this franchise I hate that I have to give it 3 stars! I was ready to go about 5 mins to our visit because we were still standing at the door and had not been greeted. 1st flag. The food was amazing especially the garlic herb mix I recommend it! But I will not return to this location. The service was ridiculous. There were two other tables when we arrived and we still waited 5-7 mins for a hello and drink order. The alcoholic drinks arrived before the regular drinks (there were only 4 of us. 3 adults 1 child)2 drinks were alcohol the bartender playing on her phone as we waited 10 mins for her to acknowledge that she even had a ticket. The bartender brought us our other order of oysters after we had received our food. We had a lot on our table so it took a minute to clear a spot..she rushed and pushed them into my friends hand and walked off with an attitude. The kicker is a question was asked about discrepancies in the menu when it comes to gratuity. We were charged it with a party of 4 and our menu said 6. When asked about it my friend was met with immediate attitude from the bartender and he wasn’t even talking to her the comment “he ain’t got no money tryna get out of paying the bill!” “Go head and call the police to keep them from leaving!”we’re made. We were still sitting. The manager did not gain control of the situation but stood next to our table and continued to let the bartender stay in the area going back and forth with the customer. The manager then took “controll” and got the card for payment and ran the card…there was an error with the chip things were still getting heated between my friend and the bartender. There was no problem with paying the bill just a question for clarity. My friend then said “bring my card I will pay in cash, because I just used it before I got here!” He then got his card back the bartender is STILL next to our table running her mouth as the ALL have gathered in our area. The ticket was paid through card! And the rest was in cash The service did not match the gratuity charge first off!! Our waitress was nice but not attentive. The overall service…kitchen SPOT ON! Customer service HORRIBLE!! Customer service no matter how good your food taste is important and your managerial team has to take the lead in situations like this. Before posting I read other reviews because maybe it was just a bad night, BUT this is a regular experience at your establishment and that is sad because I really enjoyed my food and it’s close to my house. Also, I did not like the fact that your servers had their hair uncovered and free flowing around food and I saw several of them touching their hair to keep it out of their face and phones. NOBODY had hair nets! I wish this could be about how GOOOODDDD the food is!
