The Place Tavern - (Near Hiram, GA)

2 /5 Hunter Antell: So, I’m going to start this by saying I went to McDonald’s the next day for Lunch and the service was better and the food was way better. So, I order the salmon Oscar, which the salmon was pretty decent, the crab meat was a little suspect but I still feel fine right now. The mashed potatoes looked like the were plopped onto my plate the carved to have a perfect shape (or like a re-heated bowl of mashed potatoes that was then dumped upside down onto the plate) They also had a taste kinda like the smell of hand sanitizer from the hospital. They were also 4.50 for a side… the Mac n cheese side was not as disappointing but come on…. It’s Mac n cheese….. Now the service side was just sad, I got my food and had no drink left and was asked if I needed another drink and salt and pepper, I got my salt n pepper 5min later. Still no drink. Then someone else brings my drink while she’s helping the server behind us.

2 /5 Shannon: Had high expectations after seeing all the five star reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot share that sentiment. Not only was the food tasteless, it was made with old ingredients. Ingredients that should’ve been in the trash. The server was really nice though and tried her best to accommodate us after we expressed our displeasure with the food. May have been better during peak time but we won’t be going back to find out.

5 /5 Cory Jarrard: Weve gone here off and on since it opened. They started strong and then had some challenges and we didnt go for awhile. We recently started going back and its really great! The food and service have been awesome! Weve taken several friends and family there and everyone raves! If you havent been in a while, go try them out, its worth your time. Its so much better than the franchise places that always seem busier than their quality should be allowing. Support a local place that is so much better(and cheaper!)! Also lots of screens for any game you want to watch. The meatloaf is crazy good by the way!

5 /5 Tracee: This was my first time, and I found it on Google maps. It wasnt crowded, which was a plus because there was no wait on seating or food. The atmosphere was nice and clean, a friendly place to come. My server was Ms Queen, make sure you ask for her because she goes above and beyond to make your dining experience pleasant. I have to say that the food was EXCELLENT!!!! It was fresh and delicious, the presentation was great and they dont skip on the quality or quantity. I give this tavern 10 Stars. Im sharing photos of what I had.

4 /5 Sonya McGuire: Shayna was simply amazing. The fish sandwich was simply amazing! They have a very broad menu, and Im sure you will find something you absolutely LOVE ON IT!! Give them a try and tell them that Sonya recommend you. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at "The Place." Check them out! You won’t regret it!Your stomach will thank you. Oan... They have a full service bar that was full of laughter and good times . Dont forget to give them a try.
