3 /5 Dave Bright: Weve only been once, so it may have just been a bad day, but Im not sure if were willing to give it another go. First, the server (later found out she was the manager) was very friendly, but I did have to remind her that I didnt get my drink quite some time after others in my party received theirs. When the drink did come out, Im fairly certain it was actually a different kind of drink than what I ordered.
When our food order was brought out by another server I asked for a small plate to share the entree with my wife before we realized they gave us the wrong item. I then had to flag that server down because she forgot to bring the plate or come back and check on us. By the time our order was corrected, my son had completely finished his meal that was brought out with our wrong order.
On a side note, I noticed that another party that was waiting for a table had their drink orders taken, and then those drinks were taken to a table that was cleaned off, but nobody remembered to go get the party. Eventually, another person was seating them at a different table when I mentioned to them that their drinks were at the table next to us.
Finally, they did comp my beer to make up for the wrong order and delay, but when she brought the check it was the wrong check. Truly a debacle from start to finish, but if were back in town soon maybe well stop in to see if it was a fluke. Everybody has a bad day now and again.
