Douglas Akins So I mainly grade on whether or not the ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza, the higher end cheese pizza, is made correctly. Many time Ill order it and get the basic cheap cheese pizza, not the better one. I am halpy to say this location did a great job. The ExtraMostBestest Cheese pizza was fantastic. We also ordered 5 other pizzas, all of which came out perfectly. And this was during rush hour halloween night. Great job!

michael behill If youre passing through Monticello, make sure to stop by this amazing Mexican restaurant! The torta was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The salsa was a standout, with a great depth of taste that really enhanced the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a positive vibe that made the experience even better. Don’t leave without trying the birria fries. They are a must have! This spot is definitely worth a visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Mexican food.

Phyllis Glessner My husband and I drove to this restaurant on a whim. The manager greeted us as we walked in the door. We told him it was our first time there. He gave us a tour of this lovely restaurant. The beautiful wooden door with the iron work, the fabulous glass chandeliers and festive art throughout the building is an absolute visual delight. Our waiter was fast, efficient and kind. The food was hot, delicious, and the portions were huge. What I personally appreciated, was that the diners inside - were people of all walks of life. All celebrating good food, family, friends, life, in a festive setting. We cant wait to go back!

Brent Dixon We have been multiple times to the Blackbird. Everything we have had has been great, from the appetizers, specialty cocktails at the bar and the flat breads. We are looking forward to giving the chicken wings a try! Definitely worth a visit to something new besides Mexican and fast food! Looking forward to many years ahead!

Robert Fisher If I lived in Monticello, Id eat at Five Loaves at the least once a week. The menu is diverse. The service is friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is comfortable and a little quirky. All and all we had a great experience. I had the Asian Chicken Wrap which was spot on perfect. The added roasted peanuts rounded out the tasty flavor profile. My "Partner in Crime" had the Ruben which was prepared as a Panini. The corned beef was tender, and the finish on the bread gave the sandwich a nice light crunch. We finished with the "Cookies and Cream" Pudding and a Chocolate Carmel cupcake. It was a wonderful meal for sure.

Ty Waterman The staff was great. It was my 1st time stopping by here in all the years I have been visiting. The food hit the spot and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I love fried okra and havent had any in many years. It was a nice welcome back to the South treat. My son devoured his wings. Oh and the southern sweet tea was so good.

Bre 1806 The food is great but the atmosphere is better! The owner, Tracey, seems to know just about everyone in town. She makes each customer feel like a friend, even if it’s their first time. If you’re within 50 miles, worth the drive. But call your order in early!!!

C Singleton Thanks, Mr. KP for an awesome experience! My husband and I were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of being guests at the Blaque Butterfly for our 28th Anniversary. When I tell you, KP was the host of hosts and our weekend stay did not disappoint. Even though we were the only guests for the two nights, the hospitality did not waiver. KP was gracious enough to cook for the two of us both nights. The steaks were mouth watering and cooked to perfection. The Tuscan soup, vegetables, bread…all of it was delicious. And as a send off, he (and Kira) prepared breakfast for us that was equally delicious. I have already started sharing with friends and family about our experience at the Blaque Butterfly-a true hidden gem. My husband and I are already making plans for a return visit.
