Jodi Cruz We have walked by the restaurant so many times and it was always packed so we made a reservation for an early dinner. We had the chicken curry and chicken gyro. Both were absolutely delicious. The staff were also incredible - everyone was super friendly and attentive. Since it was an early dinner, it wasn’t super crowded yet but I noticed how the staff stayed busy by making sure everything was set for service or standing outside in case someone had questions when looking at the menu on the podium. We ordered the baklava for dessert and it was truly the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely be returning even if it’s just for more baklava.

Tyra Montour Great and no notes everytime I have come here! The service is spectacular, drinks are great and the food is good. Even with tapas I leave full every time. We ordered a charcuterie board with manchego, murcia curado, seasonal adds and met the chef choose the meat and a romanesco sauce we wanted to take home! We ordered twos pulpos for the table, patatas bravas, asparagus, Spanish salad, skirt steak, lamb chops, and veggie paella. For a drink I ordered the Prado daisy. All I highly recommend! Also the Bundt dessert(10/10)!

Steve Martin Ate here with some friends after a show at the Strand theatre. Food for all of us was excellent. Dishes included blacken Mauhi, tuna steak and chicken dishes. Server was very attentive and flexible. Atmosphere was cozy and good for conversation. Would eat here again.

Ronnie Ware The service and vibes were excellent. You would be lucky to have Nia and Jasmine as your waitresses. The food was delicious and would recommend ordering the Jerk chicken skewers and the Ceviche as appetizers. For an entree I recommend the island blaze chicken. There working on some dessert cheesecakes and let me tell you. If they feature the key lime cheese you will be coming back for more.

Mary B Marietta PROPER has officially become my number one restaurant in the U.S. Everything about this place is simply exceptional—from how effortlessly you can make a reservation to the very last moment you spend there. The interior design is stylish and inviting, the service is top-tier, and even the appearance and demeanor of the staff deserve a standing ovation. If I could give this place six stars on Google, I absolutely would. Five just doesn’t feel like enough to express how impressed and happy I was with the experience. Our server, Justin, was nothing short of amazing. There were three of us dining that evening, and I arrived a bit late. When I walked in, Justin greeted me by name. He had remembered all of our names and used them throughout the dinner—it was such a small gesture, but it truly left a lasting impression. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this kind of attentiveness and genuine care in any other restaurant in the U.S. Now, let’s talk about the food. The presentation was a show in itself—thoughtful, creative, and clearly made with love and passion. You can feel the heart of the chef and the vision of the owner behind every detail. And the taste? Absolutely phenomenal. Each of us ordered different dishes and drinks, and we shared everything. Every single bite was perfect. One highlight we all talked about was the barley dish—yes, barley! I’ve never seen barley served at a restaurant in the U.S., let alone in such an elegant and delicious way. It truly blew our minds. Another thing that really impressed me was the variety of non-alcoholic drink options. There were three types of non-alcoholic wine and several non-alcoholic cocktails. That’s honestly top-tier—because not all restaurants and bars offer such thoughtful choices. This is incredibly important for people who don’t drink alcohol but still want to enjoy the atmosphere of a beautiful bar with elevated drink presentations. There was only one small thing that caught my attention—and I hope the owners might take note: a few of the plates had visible chips on them. The dinnerware is absolutely gorgeous, but perhaps not ideal for high-volume bar service, as it may wear down quickly. That said, I’m not taking off even a fraction of a star for this, because it’s a completely fixable detail and didn’t affect our overall experience in any way. Everything else was genuinely perfect. By the end of the dinner, we were so full we could barely breathe—but we still couldn’t resist trying dessert, and of course, it was as flawless as the rest of the meal. Marietta PROPER is not just a place to eat—it’s a place to experience. A place that shows what true hospitality, creativity, and culinary mastery look like. I will be recommending it to everyone I know, and if you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and go. I have no doubt it will become your favorite, too.

Mary Britto They had their ski pop up when they went and it was nice little ambience. We enjoyed the service and food Parking is a challenge but we got really lucky. We did the cheese wheel pastas for our main course. They had a great caprese salad that I loved. A little expensive but you are paying for the experience!

I love fritay and I don’t like marinades because of the grease but this one was the bomb. Not a lot of grease and it’s good. Love, love the food and enjoyed it so much. The people are nice from the servers to management. Very, very clean and friendly place that really accommodates everyone. Eat while listening to music. Good food and vibes

Dragoi Vlad Everything was perfect, the Mix Grill, Mix Adana, dessert, coffee, everything, Mustafa Karatun welcomed us like never before, it was the best experience ever jn America for the moment. I would totally recommend for anyone that wants to taste one of the top plates in Atlanta. We need more places like this. 10/10

Liz C 1st time trying, and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS! My husband said the fried porkchops were crispy, and delicious! He said the meat loaf and potato salad were delicious, too! I had 3 veg plate. Mac n cheese, collards, and black eyed peas were ON POINT! We will be back when we are up this way. Thanks again! Friendly service and atmosphere!

Melissa Davis My second time at La Strada and it was fantastic! I am somewhat reluctant to bring attention to this gem as I hope to go back and it is not a huge space. The food was excellent. We tried two specials, ceasar salads, and the chicken piccata. The service was also excellent. Our server Michael was very personable and provided top notch service. Prices are very reasonable too.

Philip Ilchuk Stopped in to get some Baklava, which btw was AMAZING!! Decided to come back and eat there and the food was OUTSTANDING!!!! I had the Lamb and my wife had the Spicy chicken which had just the right amount of heat. Highly recommend stopping in if your nearby or in town for a quick visit like we were.

Olivia Wiggins-Johnson Cameron was awesome. He was very welcoming and showed great hospitality!!!! Now let me get into this MAC & CHEESE man oh man……in all the years I been in the Atlanta area I have never EVER had any Mac and cheese that taste this good. It’s nice and creamy the cheese that Cameron used came together and offset this savory flavor. Wheeew!!!! I will be back for more. The pork ribs were cooked to perfection. You can tell he carefully cooked them. It was tender flavorful. The barbecue sauce they give you to go with the ribs is just as tasty. It has a kick of sweetness with a perfect mesh of spice to it!!! All for a reasonable price. I will be returning with the whole fam. Tell a friend to tell a friend.

Trina Almeda Even though the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, and we could easily talk with each other and hear our server clearly. The vibe was polished without feeling stuffy; jeans and a t-shirt might feel a bit casual for inside, but the patio has a gorgeous view and a more relaxed feel. We ordered the Village Burger, Margherita pizza, parmesan fries, calamari, and a salad, and everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.

Yolonda Jones Went to go see the SpongeBob movie. My daughter and I got the two for 30 where it came with an appetizer two entrées and that’s all if you want to add dessert there is an extra five dollars charge , drinks are not included. The pretzel bites was so good with the cheese sauce. I also got a burger and I added bacon so good and it came with fries. My daughter got the wings with ranch and she loved it. We got the churros with ice cream so good to finish with the sweet tooth the alcohol I got had a special for tequila in the fishbowl pretty good but does get water watered down quickly. Overall, we had a great experience would definitely come back

Crawford Steve (Nukelanta) Everything was hand made and so good. The food quality was way up compared to similar competitors. The sever was beyond great and nice. The restaurant was really neat and I like the unique location. A 10/10 experience.
