Merisa Ashbaugh Do yourself a favor and visit Stymie’s Rest for Sunday Brunch! Great food, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend the “Daila Lama” and can’t wait to go back to try the bottomless mimosas.

Remote Hog Shellys Burger Station is a true gem for downtown Vandalia. a small yet great little diner. The prices are great, the staff are awesome, and the food is stellar. Anytime I get the chance I pop in and have a meal that takes me back to my youth. To a time when diners were all about the food and the people. A time before fast food even became a thing. A time when you could actually afford to eat out without having to worry about paying other bills. This place is as close to that feeling as Ive been since right out of college. Thanks Shelly Ledbetter for bringing back that feeling for myself and many others. Do yourself a favor Google this place and check out their food. You will not be disappointed, I know I have never been.

John Warner I presume the RR stands for Road Ranger. All there is is a few small options for low end truck stop food. Cashier was very nice but if I hadnt had to be here I wouldnt go out of my way to stop for the food. Medium sized truck stop with an average amount of parking for trucks.

Ruthie Dienst Food was amazing! Everyone raved about it! His homemade pinapple jalapeño bbq sauce was delicious, even those who dont do spicy tried it and loved it! Literally all of his food was amazing. And we had a lot of food! He was easy to work with and delivered (because we were local) right to the venue. Cant say enough good things about his food and service! We will definitely be using him for our future catering needs. Thank you!

Mike Hibb Food was delicious staff was pleasant and polite. In town for work and was looking for something to remind me of home and found here Chammies food for the soul!!! everything was hot and flavorful. Nothing bland about this place. I had a jerk chicken dinner aswell as a catfish dinner and it did not disappoint. Will be returning.
