Brian G This place has grown on me. The atmosphere is Godfatherish, but in a good way because its also inviting for the family. The food is genuinely good, and the service is top notch. Food order took a bit to come, but when it arrives its fresh and hot and you know it hasnt been sitting under a warming light in back. I like this place!

BJ Price I do the lunch buffet usually once a month. They will make whatever you ask and its always great food. If something has been sitting out too long they will make whatever fresh.

Christy Matayka Very nice place. The food was phenomenal. Had a Long Beach from the bar that was delicious. Waitress was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Williams Sarah (Shearly weird girl) We were invited to the invitation exclusive soft run for the upcoming opening. I am so impressed by the quality of the food. The atmosphere is warm and happy. All of the staff are still new Burson energetic and happy to help you with the menu and understanding of the unique items. I am extremely excited to have gotten to be a part of this evenings run. Very successful and I am already planning on coming back in for many occasions. The food was some of the best flavors and the proportions are wonderful. Not a single complaint. I had the pork chops with a bourbon and peach sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I cant wait to get back in and try each of these new dishes. A++++Even their cocktails are hand crafted and so delicious.

William Hunter I only have positive remarks about Flame @ Bloom! This was our first time here and we will 100% be back! We came for an early Saturday breakfast. We were sat around 9:45am, it wasn’t too busy, we were immediately welcomed by Sana and the rest of staff. We ordered by 10am and the food was delivered within ten minutes. We got the Blackberry French Toast, Chicken and Waffles, and the Flame Brunch burrito. Each was unique, well crafted and absolutely delicious. I am extremely happy with the customer service from the staff, food was excellent, and the prices were more than fair. $17 was the most expensive item ordered. We will be back again to try more breakfast items and I’m very much looking forward to trying some of their dinner options. P.s. I really liked their coffee mugs and cream pitcher! :)

DeAnna K Big boss breakfast sandwich was amazing. The hash browns were perfectly crispy, not greasy and the sauce they put on the sandwich really made it. Service was great and you can tell its a place people love to come back to
