Arbys - (Near Pekin, IL)

1 /5 Kelsie McCoy: Went to this Arbys about 11 am today... Got a Big Roast Beef and Curly Fry same thing I always get from every Arbys in this area and when Traveling and it was absolutely disgusting... It was dry hard and crispy as you will see in pic and it had dry nasty crusty sauce on the inside top of box. It didnt have sauce on sandwich it was like they pulled the sandwich container out of the trash... When we called to complain the lady said she would replace it but it was going to be the exact same way bc thats how they cook it... I call absolute BS on that bc I eat Arbys 4 to 6 times a week and always get the same sandwich... I have NEVER got a sandwich that looks like this one... Maybe its time for the manager to be replaced or retrained... It is going to be a minute before I return to Arbys bc the look and thought of this sandwich was DISGUSTING... My neighbors dog wouldnt even eat it and he eats anything... Tried feeding it to him and its still on the ground...

5 /5 Andrew Hickey: Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround. Would recommend if you are into Arbys food.

1 /5 Tina W.: I love Arby’s. But I most likely will make the trip further to another one. They open at 10, we got there shortly after and everything we had is barely warm. We came there cause our electricity is out so it’s not like we can throw our sandwiches in the microwave………

1 /5 Jd Chavez: I eat at this arbys probably 2 times a week. But today I went around 8:15 oclock and the roast beef was old. It was all hard and cold and there was like rubber type pieces in there. I couldn’t even eat it. This is a bad look on Arbys.
