3 /5 Jerry Camacho: This place has a very limited menu, mostly focused on pizza, but even the pizza pies have very few ingredients to choose from. They also have a few other items, like soup, a couple of sandwiches and a house salad. One of the ingredients that they offer is potatoes. So I had to try a regular crust pizza with potato as an ingredient, and it was very good . They have a regular crust pizza and what they call deep dish pizza, which by Chicago standards is definitely not even close to a deep dish. Their deep dish is thicker on the edges, with a caramelized burnt crust, very thin towards the center of the pizza and a slightly sour acidic taste from the tomatoes and tomato sauce. The crust is slightly crunchy, but chewy at the same time, resembling focaccia bread. The staff is friendly and helpful in the process of making sure that you pick the right pizza for you and your guests. I definitely encourage you to eat the pizza in their dining room, or a soon as possible, because once you reheated it tastes totally different.

I live out of town and i find myself going back once a month and they are consistently on the mark food is perfect everytime. Love the vibe and style of the restaurant its all about the pizza there. Staff is so nice and friendly. I you love pizza like i do you have got to try baked in galesburg il it will be your new favorite pizza place i promise. 10 out of 10 ive been 5 times and take someone new with me each time. To help spread the word bout the little pizza place with big city flavor and a real world style. Highly recommend visiting .

5 /5 Baci Me: This pizza joint is awesome! Atmosphere is great, they have some really good old vinyl here and played Johnny Cash for us. Such a cool vibe in here and the thin crust is amazing! Fantastic service and even gave us some local farm fresh tomatoes to take home!

5 /5 Sophie Kershaw-Patilla: Brilliant! This is exactly the kind of dining experience our family has been seeking. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice in one week. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind, and we love watching them prep and make pizzas. The menu is full of great options, and there is always a daily special written on the wall. Speaking of walls, it is a chalkboard masterpiece! We spent our waiting time listening to music from the record player while drawing randomly on the walls with chalk. So cool! Weve had garlic bread and and various pizzas. The crust is a perfect balance of crisp and fluff, and the flavors are so fulfilling. Drinks are mostly served in cans or bottles, and there is a water dispenser for easy free refills in the dining area.
