1 /5 Ashley V.C.: Well, lets start by I didnt even get to try the food because as soon as I went to order, I was told just a second, which by all means they probably are busy seeing as theyre newish to town. But then when the woman was ready to take my order, I asked if they honored the $5 deal thats been advertised on FB. To which I was responded to with " We dont have a $5 dollar meal deal, thats McDonalds and youre at Beef a Roo if you havent noticed" With a scoffing attitude. Then I asked, "so I get my choice of the 3 entrees she listed, fries and a drink for $5 bucks?" To be sure Im hearing right over the attitude. She responded with " no its like 6.05 including tax" right,but before tax its $5... So I said w/e and placed my order then thought to myself, if someone is willing to serve you attitude before they serve you the food, you can never trust your food wont be messed with. Ive worked plenty of food places to know and have seen it with my own eyes. The line hadnt moved in the 7 mins I was waiting to order anyways and took my money elsewhere. We personally wont be back to even try it, we will wait to come across another store before we ever order. Its sad they just opened too and already got rude people with no manners in there. Im all for supporting locally, but they wont ever be on my list. If I want a beef n cheddar, ill skip down to Arbys like I did today.... they dont ever talk to me like that there. Customer service is key especially in a small town like ours.
