Brickhouse Grill & Pub - (Near Springfield, IL)

4 /5 Michele V: I ate the Chipotle chicken sandwich. I asked for grilled but then asked for crispy. Waitress forgot!!! We were a large group of 7 and were seated at the window which was very cold and uncomfortable. Food was okay. Tasted like typical bar food. Atmosphere since its a sports bar was a bit loud but I guess thats to be expected. I couldnt hear half of my coworkers talk at the other end of the table. I ordered a coke but they only serve Pepsi so I had water.

5 /5 J Mann: This is a great place for families. They have a good kids meal with a choice of fries, chips, or oranges! Our waitress was attentive and prompt. The food is delicious. Update: we have returned and had great service and an amazing dinner!

2 /5 Michael Richardson: Wow, its places like this that keep me from eating local while traveling. I made the one exception today and was completely disappointed. The service sucks, the variety of shows suck and the music sucks. Plus the waitress that I had was unattentive and borderline rude. I will say that the local "Ultimate Horseshoe" was a decently tasting mix of bar foods and completely killed the buzz I had going from the 10mg THC infused water I slammed a few hours ago before walking here.

5 /5 Jennifer Magness: Pretzel sticks were done to protection. Crunchy outside soft tender inside and the cheese sauce was creamy. We made our own pizza. Thin crispy crust with excellent toppings and we threw the kitchen sink on it. Jalapenos bacon added great flavor and a little spice. Veggie toppings were fresh and the pizza was excellent. Bartender was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Bar had a large liquor selection and a few beer choices. Experience was delightful and we will come back.

1 /5 Jay Trello: What a horrible experience. It started off with having to wait 15 minutes at our table and then having to ask to be waited on. Drinks came and our orders were taken. All of the food did not come out at once, there were five of us. Two items came out then we waited another 5 minutes for two of the three pizzas to come out. One was wrong and got sent back immediately. Five minutes later the 3rd pizza came out. The pizza that was wrong, mine, came back out again and was still wrong. They took the incorrect pizza that had an incorrect item on it and just added the item to the top of the incorrect pizza and brought it back to me. The waitress never came back to the table to ask if everything was okay and so I asked for the manager. I told her what had occurred and she proceeded to ask me if I wanted it refired or something else from the menu. I said no, all I wanted to do was have the check comped, leave and said I would never return. As soon as the check was comped, I got up and left. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever. A very dissatisfied customer. Just terrible.
