Burger King - (Near Flora, IL)

5 /5 Rae: The food was excellent, best food Ive ever had from a burgerking. Quality was amazing, yeah we got pulled to the front to wait, but these were so fresh im almost to Olney and they are still hot and fresh enough I have to cool them. The drive thru lady asked us if we wanted a crown? We had no idea why she asked us that, very short minutes later the drive thru lady was at our windows and had food, she then told us to have a good day king, you rule! We were confused at first but when we got it, he stopped the car and told laughed and told her to have a wonderful day and shes awesome. Made our entire day! The smile on her face and the way she did this, seemed so natural and fun, We had NO idea this was an actual thing until we researched it and found out! Just seemed like they were enjoying their job and wanted to show appreciation and have fun. We loved it! Excellent food, customer service- phenomenal! Thank you crew of flora bk today!! Yall did amazing jobs!

5 /5 Casey Tibbs: Ordered the new spicy crispy chicken sandwich and it was worth the wait! Literally had to wait a bit because they have to prep and cook I think only 6 at a time, but the staff explained how long it would be and why, so I didnt mind a bit. The sandwich is up there with Popeyes and KFC, imo.

1 /5 Alisha Parsons: Very gross breakfast biscuit egg, sausage, cheese. Very rude customer service. Love burger king but after this experience in flora Illinois. Disgraced there own burger king.

2 /5 Eli The Turtle: As a lot of reviews state, it takes absolutely forever to get your food. We only order a milkshake, chicken fries, and a whopper. It wasnt until we got to the window and they handed us our food that they told us their shake machine was down, after not reading the order and seeing we had one somehow. Them they had no idea how to refund it after I was already charged for it. The chicken fries were also cold and a few of them were black, like they were burned an hour ago and left to sit out. Very much an unpleasant experience. This isnt the first time theyve not check the order to make sure we had out drinks. And it commonly takes upwards of 15-20 minutes just to get to the window, then another 10 minutes just waiting for your food. Very much not a place to go for so called fast food.
